PHILOSOPHY OF MOVEMENT
Tai Chi Weekend – the art of movement, the art of life
Tai Chi is more than just exercises – it is a philosophy of movement whose practice combines calmness, flexibility, and strength. This ancient Chinese art of moving meditation, originally derived from martial arts styles, is now practiced by millions of people worldwide as a natural path to health and harmony. It combines smooth, gentle movements with deep breathing, positively affecting balance, concentration, and stress reduction.
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice of working with energy, based on calm, mindful movements, breathing, and awareness. It supports circulation, strengthens immunity, calms the mind, and restores the body's natural rhythm. Combined with Tai Chi, it provides an excellent way to regenerate and find inner harmony.

Tai Chi Qigong
Tai Chi and Qigong are practices accessible to everyone, regardless of age and physical condition. The exercises are gentle and do not cause fatigue, which is why they are especially recommended for people over 40 who want to improve their fitness, feel lightness in the body, and gain more energy for everyday life. Whether you are just beginning your journey with Tai Chi or have been practicing for years, this weekend will allow you to deepen the awareness of your body and mind.
The classes will be led by Ewa Błaszkowska, an experienced wushu and Tai Chi teacher, specializing in conducting health-promoting and therapeutic classes.
FROM morning gymnastics to evening training
What awaits you during the Tai Chi weekend?
- Morning rejuvenating gymnastics session – a gentle workout that, through self-massage, conscious breathing, and subtle movements, stimulates the flow of energy in the body. You will feel a surge of vital strength, release tension, and start the day with a sense of full harmony between body and mind.
- Evening Tai Chi training – in the rays of the setting sun, you will immerse yourself in the fluid movements of Tai Chi, learning to consciously shift your weight and perform gentle spiral movements called Silk Reeling (Can Si Gong). You will learn a section of the old Laojia Yilu form, perfecting the harmony of movement and breath. To finish – standing meditation Zhan Zhuang, helping to root energy and find inner peace.
