Our excellent cuisine in the slow food trend guarantees healthy, original, and exquisite meals that will certainly appeal to even the most demanding guests. We focus on seasonal ingredients and regional cuisine proposals. We offer our Guests homemade breads, our own cold cuts, cheeses from a nearby goat farm, and vegetables from our garden. We use only herbs from our herbal garden, serve fish from the Warmian lakes, and promote local combinations and flavors.
